Bylaw No. 2025-10, The Lead Affordable Access Municipal Property Tax Deferral Program Bylaw, 2025

The purpose of this Bylaw is to provide City Council approval of tax deferrals for taxpayers who applied for and meet the eligibility requirements of the Affordable Access Program for lead service connection replacement as set out in Bylaw 8942, being The Regina Water Bylaw.
