Bylaw No. 2020-28 The Public Notice Policy Bylaw, 2020

To adopt a public notice policy that sets out minimum notice requirements, acceptable methods of giving notice and the required contents of notice to be followed with respect to those matters prescribed in The Cities Act and The Planning and Development Act, 2007 for which public notice is required to be given.
