Sponsorship, Naming Rights & Advertising Policy #2021-OCC-P0001

The purpose of the Sponsorship, Naming Rights & Advertising Policy is to create an authorized environment and city-wide protocol for sponsorship and advertising that establishes the principles and conditions under which the City will pursue and accept sponsorship and advertising agreements and that: 1.1 Safeguards the City’s image, values, priorities, assets and interests; 1.2 Protects the City from any risk; 1.3 Aligns with City projects, programs and services; 1.4 Provides City employees with guidelines based on industry recognized best practices; 1.5 Provides guidelines and procedures which facilitate opportunities for sustainable revenue generation.
