This is an access to information request for: “I am looking for the entire servicing agreement for 2006 Wascana View Servicing Agreement SA 06/32. I am also looking for any other service agreements available for Wascana Gardens Crescent and Wascana Gardens Drive. Any and all restrictions or service agreements for fences on these 2 streets. Restrictions to be implied as any agreement on Wascana Gardens Crescent, Wascana Gardens Drive, that would restrict or impede a homeowners use of their lot.”
