Global Transportation Hub Authority & City of Regina Consolidated Agreement

A consolidated version of the Municipal Water, Wastewater & Transportation Infrastructure & Services Agreement between the City of Regina and Global Transportation Hub Authority. The agreement is dated December 4, 2018 and has had three addendums subsequently executed on November 20, 2020, October 24, 2022 and January 11, 2023, respectively. This consolidated version of the agreement reflects the content of each executed addendum.
